David GailHINEHINE. David, Gail, Howard and families would like to extend their most heartfelt appreciation to all relatives, friends, neighbours and former colleagues for all the very many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy, cards and letters of condolence, floral tributes and donations to The League of Friends at Leek Moorlands Hospital following their sad loss of a much loved wife, mum, nan and great-nan.
